1. What is non woven wallpaper?

Non woven wallpapers are the latest trend in wall decorating today. They are 100% vinyl-free, made of a special blend of natural and synthetic fibres making them washable, breathable and environmental friendly. They are easy to clean by using a damp cloth only, and leave no wall damage when removed.

2. Can I install the mural by myself?

Yes, our murals are easy to install and remove pre-pasted wallpaper. Installation instructions are included and they are designed to be a do-it-yourself product.

3. Do I need to prepare my wall or door surface before I install my mural?

Yes, it is best to prepare the wall with some sand paper to take off any paint dots that may affect the finish of the mural.

3. How are the murals packaged when received?

All murals come in a shrink wrapped roll take fits into a box for safety and easy postage, making them a great gift idea as well.

4. What mural size will best fit my wall?

For a full wall mural, we recommend choosing from one of sizes that is closest to the width of your wall, but not smaller. All our murals are designed to be cut down to suit walls up to 300mm smaller than the width. E.g. Our large wall murals are 3600 x 2430mm this will suit walls ranging from 3300mm to 3600mm width.

5. What are the sizes available?

We have variety of sizes to choose from to suit your design ideas you want to achieve. Below are the sizes available:

Full Wall Mural Sizes:

3600 x 2430mm – Large
3200 x 2430mm – Medium
2500 x 2430mm – Small

Half Wall Mural Sizes:

3600 x 1800mm – X-Large

6. What is the turnaround time for each order?

All our murals are Australian Made and made to order, please allow for a 14-day turnaround. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will be advised via email of an Australia Post Tracking Number once posted.

7. Do you ship to countries other than Australia?

Yes, we can ship our murals to anywhere in the world via Australia Post. Please send us an email to arrange postage and handling. You may have to pay customs duties and taxes as determined by customs in your country.

8. How much is your post and handling fee?

Our domestic shipping fee varies on the number of murals purchased. Please see our current standard shipping rates below:

9. Do you have a return or refund policy?

As all murals are made to order, we do not generally accept return or refund of any items purchased unless it presents a manufacturing defect when received. Please notify us immediately if you found any defect so we can deal with it accordingly.
